Beta Terms
1. The service
DropWon is an independent browser-based shopping assistant. It helps users identify requested products and variants on compatible online storefronts and perform user-requested cart actions. DropWon does not guarantee that any product will be available, added successfully, reserved, or purchased.
2. User control
DropWon runs only after a user initiates an action. Users are responsible for reviewing their cart, prices, quantities, sizes, colors, retailer terms, shipping information, taxes, and all other order details before checkout. DropWon does not complete payment or place orders on the user’s behalf.
3. Retailer rules
Users must comply with the terms, purchase limits, eligibility rules, queues, access controls, and other requirements of each retailer they visit. DropWon is not designed to bypass CAPTCHAs, queues, retailer purchase limits, authentication controls, or checkout protections.
4. Compatibility
DropWon works only with compatible storefronts and may not work with every retailer, theme, cart configuration, product structure, or browser environment. Retailers may change their storefronts at any time, which may affect compatibility.
5. Independent product
DropWon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Shopify or any retailer. Brand and product names appearing on retailer websites belong to their respective owners.
6. Beta availability
During beta testing, functionality may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Access may be limited while DropWon evaluates performance, compatibility, safety, and compliance.
7. No guarantee of purchase
Items placed in a cart may sell out, be removed, become unavailable, be repriced, or be subject to retailer limits before checkout is completed. A cart action does not create a reservation or guarantee a transaction.
