Before your first drop.

Does DropWon buy items for me?

No. DropWon stops at the cart. You are solely responsible for reviewing and completing any purchase.

Does DropWon work everywhere?

No. It works with many compatible Shopify-powered storefronts. Custom and non-compatible storefronts may not work, and storefront changes can affect compatibility.

Can DropWon guarantee an item?

No. A retailer can sell out, change inventory, enforce limits, alter prices, reject a cart action, or change its storefront at any time.

Does DropWon bypass queues, CAPTCHAs, limits, or security?

No. DropWon is not designed to bypass those controls, and the Terms prohibit using DropWon to attempt to circumvent them.

What happens the first time I use DropWon on a store?

Chrome may ask you to grant DropWon access to that specific site. Grant access, then click Add My Drop again. We strongly recommend doing this on the retailer before the actual drop so you do not spend launch-time seconds on the permission prompt. See the Quick Start checklist.

Can I build my list before the products go live?

Yes. You can prepare the text of your Drop List ahead of time. If a launch product is not public or searchable yet, Check Matches may show NO MATCH before launch. That does not necessarily mean the item will fail once the web drop is live.

Is DropWon a bot?

DropWon uses shopper-initiated automation to reduce repetitive searching and cart clicks, but it is not an autonomous purchasing bot. You choose the store, build the request, click the action yourself, review the cart, and complete checkout yourself. DropWon does not auto-checkout, continuously monitor inventory, bypass queues or CAPTCHAs, or evade purchase limits.
