Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime
You may cancel future renewal of your DropWon subscription through the customer billing portal. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewal and access generally continues through the current paid period.
Refund requests
DropWon is digital software access. Refund requests are considered case by case. If a technical problem prevents you from using the software substantially as described, contact support promptly so we can attempt to resolve it. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, we may issue a full or partial refund where appropriate. Applicable non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
What is not guaranteed
A retailer selling out, changing inventory, enforcing purchase limits, rejecting or modifying a cart, changing its website, restricting an account, or being incompatible with DropWon does not by itself guarantee a refund. DropWon cannot guarantee product availability or a completed purchase.
Membership after cancellation
If you cancel, future renewal charges stop and access will end according to your subscription status and billing period. If you later return, the price and terms available at that time will apply.
