License won't activate
Confirm you copied the full license key and haven't used both device activations. Use the billing portal to check your membership.
No confident product match
Add the key style, color, and size. DropWon intentionally fails closed rather than knowingly substituting a different requested variant.
Store isn't compatible
DropWon works with many compatible Shopify-powered storefronts, not every website. Custom storefronts may not expose the interfaces DropWon needs.
Chrome asks for site access
This is expected the first time DropWon runs on a new storefront. Grant access, then click Add My Drop again. For limited drops, do this before launch time.
Something failed during a drop
Open Diagnostics & support → Copy support report. It excludes product names and the license key by design.
